Sedation Dentistry

We make it possiple for fearful patienets to get the dental care they need and deserve with sedation dentistry.  So many of our patients have said that their experiences in our office have been positive ones.  Dr. Broten has completed the strenuous requirements to receive her Entereal Conscious Sedation License from the Colorado State Board of Dental Examiners.  She is one of fewer than fifty general dentists in Colorado with this license.  Sedation also makes it possible for our busiest patients to have their dental care completed in as few appointments as possible.  This way they can fit the dentistry they need into their busy lifestyles.

Latest Technology

As a practice, we are committed to keeping up with the latest techniques and technologies to make dental care more comfortable and healthful.  Among digital x-rays and other technological advancec, we have a Periolase laser to treat gum disease with LANAP (Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure).  LANAP is a state-of-the-art procedure that treats gum disease and can regrow lost bone without the pain, swelling, cutting and stitching of conventional gum surgery.  The Surgeon General states that 85% of Americans have gum disease.  

Uncompromising Safety

Dr. Broten is ACLS certified and uses medical monitoring equipment to keep her patients safe at all times.  Infection control in our office is also very important to us.  To protect our patients, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
